What should we wear?
Solid colours work best, and big logos or busy prints can distract. For family and group shoots, pick two or three colours that go together rather than matching exactly. For sessions of two hours or more, bring an outfit change.
Where do shoots happen?
Wherever suits you: your home, a park, your venue or a spot you love. We can suggest locations too. We come to you, and travel is quoted based on distance.
What if it rains?
For outdoor shoots, we'll move you to a new date at no extra cost, or shoot indoors if you prefer. Bad weather is the one exception to the 48-hour reschedule rule.
How many people can be in a shoot?
Family and group shoots can include as many people as you like. Just let us know the number when you book so we plan enough time for every combination you want.
How do we get our photos?
You'll get an online gallery link within 7 days, where you can view and download your edited photos in high resolution.
How do we secure our date?
A 50% deposit secures your date, and the balance is due on the day of the shoot. Deposits are non-refundable, but if you reschedule at least 48 hours before, your deposit moves to the new date.
Do you give unedited photos?
You receive the full edited selection from your shoot. Unedited files aren't included, since the editing is part of the final result.
